This looks like it’s going to be SO MUCH FUN. Lots of Guardians vibes here, what with the music and the Dave Bautista/Drax humour when Thor meets Hulk. Cate Blanchett might actually make an epic Marvel villain for once, but I’m not holding my breath on that one. I spot Loki too, but he doesn’t seem to be the main villain this time, so we’ll see how that plays out.
The colours are pretty vibrant here (including for the film title), which further emphasises the more cheerful tone the movie seems to be headed towards. Given that the press so far seems to hint at some sort of ‘buddy road trip’ film, I’m totally expecting the trailer to only be showing the early parts of the film, and Thor is going to escape with Hulk and try to find their way back home.
To an average consumer like me, a SATA SSD is more than enough speed. But I only got 250GB of SSD storage, and my games were still running off HDDs. The allure of an upgrade to an NVMe drive was too great.
But instead of going with Samsung for my storage needs again, I went with Plextor instead.
I haven’t been really watching movies beyond Marvel properties lately, but with some time that I decided not to spend on actual work, I decided to clear a little of my movie backlog.
Snowpiercer proved a good decision.
So this is actually less of an impulse buy than usual.
I’m no mouse connoisseur, but I’d like to think that this is a pretty good mouse.
I’m probably just blinded by the gorgeous RGB lighting though.
MORE keycaps, you say?
Yes, it appears that this hobby never ends.
So I decided to do some retail therapy and bought fidget cubes to play with.
If there’s a movie that encapsulates the idea of a fitting end, this is it.
What a film. What a finale. What a farewell.
Damn it, the tears are coming again.
So yes, I know, Skyrim is 5 years old. I know that Special Edition is less of a true remaster and more of a money grab disguised as a makeover. But I’ve always wanted to play Skyrim and decided to get it.
Many, many hours later, I wish I haven’t started this brilliant time-suck of a game because it’s becoming a bit of an obsession.
Another good one bites the dust. But at least this one didn’t end in a confusing, shortened mess that didn’t address any of the gaping plot holes or creating fanfiction pairings a la Harry Potter.
I’m looking at you, Bleach.
